Women In Computing Mentoring Dinner

Teri Takai, director of Information Technology for the State of Michigan, will be the keynote speaker at the Association of Women in Computing mentoring dinner Nov. 28th.

The event is scheduled from 5:30-9 pm at Washtenaw Community’s College’s Morris Lawrence Building, Room 101. Registration deadline is Nov. 17.

Female students thinking about making a career in the computer or information technology fields can enjoy a free dinner while networking with members of the Ann Arbor Chapter of the Association for Women in Computing, representatives from employers in the IT fields, and women computing students from other colleges and universities. Students are encouraged to bring their resumes.
